Do you sell plants?
We're working on it! Currently as of now, our pots are sold without plants.
Can I pick up my order?
Unfortunately, no. We currently operate 100% online and do not accept pickups and walkins to our studio. We do however offer same/next day delivery if you make it before the delivery cut off time (12pm for same day delivery).
If you're worried that your beautiful pots might get damaged in transit, dont worry, we're way ahead of you. We take great pride in our packaging, all pots will be individually wrapped and placed in boxes so it gets to you in one piece. In the extremely rare occassion that it does arrive broken (touch wood) - email firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll gladly replace the item for you!
Can I request a personalised note for my Gift order?
Yes of course you can! Leave your personalised note in the comments section upon checkout and our team will take care of the nitty gritty for you.
Please note that this option is not available with the purchase of electronic Gift Vouchers as our e-vouchers are automated.
How will my pots be delivered?
All our pots are individually packed in boxes and lined with protective materials to avoid breakage during transit.
We rarely encounter breakage, but in the occasion that we do - simply contact us at email@example.com so we can replace the item for you!
How do i track my delivery?
Simply visit http://qxpress.net/Customer/PopupTraceParcels and key in the tracking code sent to you in your shipment notification email. Alternatively, you may drop us an enquiry at firstname.lastname@example.org!
How do i use my Discount Code?
Simply key in your Discount Code in the 'Enter your discount code' tab and hit 'Apply'!
Do take note that Discount Codes may not be applied during Storewide Sales. Gift Cards, however, may be used!
