International Shipping Destinations | Malaysia, Japan, Australia, New Zealand, Germany, France, Netherlands, United Kingdoms & United States.
Standard Shipping Fees | Fees are based on total weight of your order including protective materials required for its journey. Please refer to our Online Shipping Chart for a shipping estimate. Alternatively, you may refer to the quoted international shipping fee at Checkout. If an error occurs, an item(s) in your cart may not be eligible for shipment to your selected destination.
Standard Shipping Times | Malaysia, 7 - 10 business days. All other destinations, 12 - 18 business days.
Shipment Tracking | You will be provided a tracking number along with a link to monitor the progress of your shipment.
Shipping Restrictions | Do take note that some products may not be eligible to ship in some destinations. Large and bulky planters may not be shipped worldwide with the exemption of Malaysia due to size restrictions. All Rattan, Seagrass, Wood and Wicker products may not be shipped to Australia and New Zealand.
Custom & Import Taxes | Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.

Do take note that due to our planters and plant stands being lovingly hand crafted and painted, no two products can be identical and minor imperfections are to be expected. We would never send out an item we wouldn't have in our own home, we pride ourselves in quality!
